SHIPPING:
All orders are processed as soon as possible after receipt. We ship via UPS & Fedex, unless otherwise specified. All shipping and handling charges are at customers expense. We attempt to ship all orders within 24 hours excluding weekends and federal holidays. All residential deliveries will require a signature at delivery time. All refused packages will be billed for the shipping charges. No exceptions will be given.
BACK ORDERS:
You will be notified if there will be any delay in filling your order or if any items are out of stock.
RETURNS:
Pmtdiesel will accept returns of unused, uninstalled items, or items deemed defective, within 14 days of the date of purchase. No exchanges or returns of items are allowed after 15 days of purchase unless defective. No merchandise may be returned without a Return Goods Authorization Number (R.M.A.) from " Pmtdiesel. " All shipments approved for return must be prepaid, insured and must be accompanied by the original invoice.
RETURNS WILL BE CHARGED A 20% RESTOCKING/REBOXING FEE
A 20% service charge will be assessed on all merchandise ordered in error or returned opened. Returns must be in PERFECT, UNUSED, UNINSTALLED , "AS NEW" condition. No credits or refunds will be made for items returned in unsatisfactory condition. These items will be returned to the customer at customer's expense
A 20% service charge will be assessed on all merchandise not returned in original resalable condition including manufacturer's original packaging and paperwork. All exhaust systems are not returnable, only missing and defective pipes will be exchanged. All authorized return merchandise must be received within 14 days of receiving a RGA number. All shipping and handling charges are at customer's expense.
RMA numbers will expire 14 days after they are given to the customer. Items returned without an RMA number or using an expired RMA number will be refused.
All returns must be shipped to Pmtdiesel and have the RMA number clearly displayed on the outside of the package. The address is 5005 Hiatus Road Sunrise, Florida 33351.
It is the customer’s responsibility to see to it that any item returned to Pmtdiesel is insured. Damage, lost, or missing claims must be made with carrier by the customer.
