The Evolution Tuner is a state of the art high
performance handheld computer programmer. The programmer loads a tuning profile
which advances the timing, optimizes air/fuel ratio, remaps the transmission
shift points, and increases the top speed of the speed limiter. Tuning with
the Evolution Tuner is very simple. Just plug the data cable into your vehicle’s
diagnostic port, located under the dash and follow the prompts on the LCD display.
Remove the unit when finished.
The Power Edge Evolution can be plugged into the data port to retrieve Diagnostic
Trouble Codes (DTC). This feature helps the user to diagnose today's complex
vehicle electronic systems and can not only display the trouble codes, but also
clear the codes too.
