1999-2003 Super Duty 7.3L Cold Air Dam Intake System
AIRAID Filter Company has leveled the pwoer playing field for the 7.3L with the development of an all-new Cold Aird Dam Intake System for the 7.0-liter that allows the engine to breathe deeper, resulting in big horsepower and torque gains. The new system replaces the restrictive factory air box setup with an AIRAID Cold Air Dam which also incorporates a heavy-duty battery tray, complete with urethane battery pad. At the heart of this system is a HUGE 1700-CFM washable and reusable PRemium Air Filter that is available with either SynthFlow composite or our newest SynthaMax Non-Oiled filtration technology along with a specially shaped intake tube that feeds the Power Stroke turbo inlet.
All AIRAID filters are hand-poured using a special urethane blend that prevents cracking and shrinkage in the most extreme conditions. On the dyno, the new COld Air Dam Intake System for the 7.3-liter generated an additional 27 horsepower and a whopping 55 lb/ft of torque to the rear wheels at a real-world 1900 rpm, about where most diesel driving is conducted. The system is a must for Power Stroke owners considering other upgrades such a a programmer or chip, and aftermarket exhaust system.

AIRAID offers a NO HASSLE! Warranty. Simply stated if an AIRAID filter, intake kit, or Poweraid ever fails for what ever reason. AIRAID will replace the failed product. To get a warranty replacement simply call the AIRAID Customer Service Department toll free @ 800.498.6951 and ask for an RGA number. Place that RGA # on the outside of the box and send the part back to AIRAID. It's that simple!
